Chintz, a woodblock printed textile originated in the present day Indian subcontinent, consisting of multicolor botanical and floral repeated patterns composed beautifully in its own unique manner that later became massively popular throughout the world. Dhaani was also inspired by the same chintz patterns. The filled duvet of the set is of deep green velvet on which multicolor chintz where embroidery is done on three sides. The shams also have embroidered motifs sprayed from chintz. The sheet is of sateen fabric with a simpler chintz design to compliment the duvet. The decorative pillows are adorned with the same multicolor embroidery on them to give your room a modern looking bed from an old tradition of textile.
