Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
NL UAE strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange:
Ifyou receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (sealopened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can return it to NL UAE within7 days of the item(s) delivery. NL UAE e-Store will only accept returnand exchange for purchase made from the NL UAE e-Store.
If you choose to return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by calling 0097152 8250956 and/or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our NL UAE Online warehouse. If the NL UAE quality team find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
We offer customers the option of exchanging received items at their nearest store as well within 7 days of delivery with the supporting receipt.
*Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support refund policy for cash on delivery method.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account. It may take some time before the refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping
Shipment is free all over the UAE on orders worth AED 250 and above and in other GCC countries on orders worth AED 500 and above. Delivery charges will imply on all orders coming from India based on the order weight. However, NL UAE will bear the custom duty charges. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note NL UAE e-store will bear all the shipment costs if NL UAE e-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, otherwise the customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments from dispatch till delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will reach you.
